These terms govern your use of the travel and payment services offered on Travel.Bank-Pay.in.

1. BUS

1.1 Role of Bank-Pay

Bank-Pay provides a technology platform that connects intending travellers with independent bus operators. Bank-Pay does not own, operate, or control any bus and does not provide transportation services. Bank-Pay is not an agent of any bus operator.

Tickets/vouchers issued to Users are generated based on information shared by the respective operator regarding seat availability, schedules, fares, routes, amenities and other service details.

1.2 Limitation of Liability of Bank-Pay

As an intermediary enabling transactions between bus operators and Users, Bank-Pay is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for:

If applicable law does not permit exclusion of liability, Bank-Pay’s aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the User and retained by Bank-Pay for the specific transaction.

1.3 Responsibilities of Users

1.4 Cancellation of Ticket

Cancellations can be initiated via the User account on the Website/mobile app or by contacting customer support. Operator-specific cancellation charges and timelines, as displayed on the ticket/e-voucher, will apply.

1.5 Rescheduling of Ticket

Where enabled by the operator, rescheduling (change of travel date) can be requested via the Website/mobile app or through customer support. Rescheduling policies, eligibility and fees are displayed on the e-ticket and may vary by operator.

2. VEHICLE HIRE / CHARTER (Full-Vehicle Booking)

2.1 Role of Bank-Pay

Bank-Pay offers a platform for hiring an entire vehicle (e.g., bus/tempo traveller) from independent operators. Bank-Pay does not operate vehicles and is not an agent of the operators. Booking details are based on information provided by operators.

2.2 Limitation of Liability of Bank-Pay

In facilitating bookings between Users and operators, Bank-Pay shall not be liable for, including but not limited to:

Operators are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licences and compliances. Bank-Pay is not liable for cancellations arising from operator non-compliance.

Cancellations can be made via the Website/mobile app or through customer support. Operator-specific cancellation timelines and fees apply as indicated in the booking details.

3. TRAIN BOOKINGS VIA IRCTC

3.1 Role of Bank-Pay

Bank-Pay provides an online interface to search for and book train tickets through IRCTC. All rail bookings are subject to Indian Railways and IRCTC rules and terms. Bank-Pay has no control over booking flow, seat/berth allocation, RAC/WL status, schedule changes, delays, charting, meal or berth preferences, or any railway services.

Operators are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including the Motor Vehicles Act/Rules and any Central/State regulations or directives. Any prosecutions, penalties or directives (including fare controls) shall be borne by the operator. Users must address service grievances arising from enforcement actions directly with the operator.

The Bank-Pay User Agreement, Privacy Policy and specific product/offer terms apply. Claims may be rejected in cases of misuse/abuse or ineligibility under applicable terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability: The maximum aggregate liability of Bank-Pay arising from a transaction shall not exceed the amount paid by the User and retained by Bank-Pay for that specific transaction. Bank-Pay shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages.
